If you are not satisfied with the products that you have purchased, we will be happy to exchange them according to our hazel free exchange policy.
You can exchange if only if it is an exchangeable item (Please check products which are not exchangeable in point 4) If you would like to return an item for exchange, you are able to do this within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in an unwashed, unworn and original condition. To complete a return, call us at +94772174808 or email us at [email protected] to request a Return Authorization Code (RAC#). Please include:
– Name – Address – Email Address – Order Number – Item number(s) to return – Reason for your return
We will provide you with an email that contains information on where returns should be shipped, for quality inspection of the returned item(s).
Returns will not be accepted without a RAC#. Please note, that the RAC Number will expire in 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Return Authorization email. The item will not be accepted if it is returned after that time. Your return address will be mentioned on your RAC confirmation.
1. Can I exchange a product that is already exchanged? How many times can I exchange an order?
You can exchange an eligible product only ONCE. That means you cannot exchange an already exchanged product.
2. I want to return my items; can I get a refund?
We’re sorry, we don’t offer refunds. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for an exchange or store credit as per our ‘Returns Policy’ and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
However, if you find a damaged item when the goods/packages are being delivered, please contact us at that very moment through 0772174808 or send us an email on the same day of delivery to [email protected] if you failed us to contact at that moment. You may ask to share images of the damaged product at that point. You should refuse to accept the package at the delivery point if the package is damaged.
3.What if the delivered item is damaged?
We focused to maintain high quality and standards in our products and processes. In order to deliver quality products, we conduct a quality check to ensure the products are 100% damage free prior to the shipment.
Once you receive the order please check your items at the delivery point. Please contact us immediately if you find a damaged item and you will be able to return it or we will exchange it free of charge. Please note that we will not be responsible for the damaged items thereafter.

6. What will be the charge for the exchange?
Courier charges associated with exchange needed to be paid by the customer.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
We aim to dispatch your order from our warehouse within 24 hours from the payment, You can inform us through email ([email protected]), call ( +94772174808 ) or through Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Monarrchy). Please be kind enough to inform us within 24 hours after placing the order since the product will be reserved for you. The cancellation should happen before the order is dispatched from our warehouse.
